About the Role:
Identify and Drive projects within Customer Service
Master Data Management for Customer as well as Products
Ensure SC KPIs are met– Service Level, Inventory, Stocks Freshness, Returns
Main Responsibilities:
1) Ensure 100% Service Level and Customer Satisfaction
2) Identify and lead the projects related to improvement in service levels
3) Identify areas of improvements with customer service and define action plan for improvement
4) Key Reference point for all Compliance related to Customer Service Vertical
5) Drive Customer Service master plan, help team to achieve milestones
6) Drive Central projects of customer service for India implementation
7) Develop Continuous Improvement mindset within customer service
8) Build and maintain relevant dashboards
9) Publish relevant dashboards in timely manner for management to review performance
Who we are looking for:
EDUCATION
Post Graduate (preferably in Operations) with 4 - 7 years of experience
SPECIFIC KNOWLEGE (if required)
- Understanding of Supply Chain area, particularly Customer Service
- Deep understanding of key KPIs such as Case Fill Rate, Order Fill Rate, Line Fill Rate, OTIF etc.
- Business Analysis, analytical skills
- Fair knowledge Supply Chain verticals
- Project management
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Power Point etc.)
Skills required
- Ability to find out gaps in existing process and continuous improvement mindset
- Mindset of 100% customer satisfaction
- Team player
- Good interpersonal skills and Team Management Skills
- Ability to deal with challenging timelines
- Preferably sound knowledge of SAP
