About the Role:
The position is aimed to identify and prevent company and business operations related risk under complex and dynamic market of China. The role drives and manages changes to make continuous improvement of business processes, ensuring the compliance under the guidance of line manager
Main Responsibilities:
• Specialize and participant in Sales and Order to Cash audit, Source to Pay audit, Co-packer audit, T&E audit, Sales Incentive Review, 3rd Party Due Diligence Check and other ad-hoc audit projects.
• During audit, participant in and execute projects under the guidance of line manager:
• Draft a comprehensive risk assessment checklist and develop the audit methodology for small and middle-sized audit projects based on an understanding of business processes
• Conduct inquiries during audit interview
• Execute data analysis, reconciliation, sampling, and substantive testing according to aligned audit procedures
• Support line manager to standardize master data, KPI assessment logic and system set-up to optimize control process
• Draft audit reports and conduct a preliminary communication with internal/external stakeholders for small and middle-sized audit projects and follow-up on the open findings
• Capable to identify and provide valuable suggestions to collaborate with line manager to improve operational and financial control processes
• Perform team management under the guidance of line manager:
• Provide continuous performance management to ensure the quality and efficiency of daily operation
• Strengthen employee development by providing timely feedback and suggestion
• Contribute to various functions and company projects under a clear guidance of line manager
Who we are looking for:
• University Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Solid understanding of basic accounting issues
• 5+ years of auditing experience
• Strong analytical aptitude
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, strong Excel skills
• High Integrity which can provide reliance on his/her judgments
• Ability to Travel
