Ferrero is seeking a Supply Chain & Overhead (OVH) Controller to join the Finance team. This role is pivotal in managing financial planning, analysis, and governance for Supply Chain operations and overhead costs across the Business Unit (BU) and Operations (OPS). The position acts as a strategic partner to functional leaders, ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Supply Chain Financial Control:
    • Monitor and report on inventory accuracy, supply chain costs, destruction provisions, and customs duties.
    • Support planning and forecasting for inventory and supply chain KPIs.
    • Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and audit requirements.
  • Budgeting & Reporting:
    • Lead budgeting and SAF (Strategic Action Framework) processes for Supply Chain and overhead costs.
    • Prepare monthly and weekly reports, analyze variances, and provide insights for decision-making.
    • Defend budget targets and report risks and opportunities promptly.
  • Business Partnering:
    • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and functional heads to identify efficiency opportunities.
    • Support procurement in tender evaluations and supply chain projects.
    • Drive regional projects and process improvements, including SAP4 HANA and EDI projects.
  • Governance & Compliance:
    • Act as the single point of contact for GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) related to Supply Chain.
    • Ensure adherence to SOPs and financial standards.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in financial controlling, preferably within Supply Chain or Operations.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex budgets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial systems (Essbase/HFM, SAP) is an advantage.
