We have a current opening for a Reliability Manager and are actively reviewing applications.

The Reliability Manager safeguards the value and reliability of equipment and assets through the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of maintenance policies. Supports engineering and capital projects related to equipment upgrades and replacements and contributes to global maintenance process evolution.

Maintenance & Investment Budget
•    Support development and management of maintenance and investment budgets, including cost impact analysis
•    Manage asset capitalization and depreciation in collaboration with Finance
•    Contribute to maintenance strategic planning, including a 5 year maintenance roadmap
•    Lead regular maintenance reviews covering KPIs, breakdown analysis, PM effectiveness, and planning performance


Technical Documentation & Performance Management
•    Define and maintain maintenance policies, KPIs, and data collection methods
•    Analyze equipment performance and failure data to drive improvements
•    Establish equipment hierarchy, breakdown logic, and cost center structure
•    Ensure accurate management and digital archiving of technical documentation
•    Support development of autonomous maintenance programs


Maintenance Planning & Reliability
•    Support maintenance planning and scheduling based on line availability
•    Share best maintenance practices and support updates to PM and predictive strategies
•    Collaborate with reliability teams to define corrective and preventive actions
•    Analyze and recommend predictive maintenance strategies for the plant 


Projects, Systems & Continuous Improvement
•    Lead and support key maintenance initiatives (e.g., FOX 2.0, OEE/OAE deployment, Group standards)
•    Support implementation of new maintenance tools, software, and SAP PM systems
•    Participate in global maintenance initiatives and standard-setting activities


Quality, Food Safety & Environmental Compliance
•    Ensure maintenance activities comply with quality, food safety, and environmental standards
•    Verify completion of all critical PMs related to quality, food safety, and environmental requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
•    5+ years of experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
•    Strong technical background in maintenance, engineering, and reliability
•    Experience with Lean methodologies and cross functional collaboration
•    Strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills
•    Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SAP, AutoCAD, and MS Office
•    Solid understanding of budgeting, asset management, and depreciation

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - 160,000 annually . Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
