IT Solution Designer - CMS & Web Technologies

We are seeking a talented IT Solution Designer to join our global team in the “Center of Excellence” for Consumer technology.

As an IT Solution Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and supporting in the implementation of tailored IT solutions on our web platform with more than 300+ websites.

In this role, you will work as part of a global team of architects and experts distributed across different regions. You will collaborate with international business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with Ferrero’s strategic goals and comply with enterprise architecture principles.

You will support architecture design, implementation, country rollouts, and the evolution of digital services and web platforms, always considering scalability, data integrity, security, and performance. You will work closely with development teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure proper implementation and adherence to architectural standards and guidelines.

Your responsibilities will include managing major and minor upgrades of global platforms, coordinating stakeholders, and working with Ferrero Service Management to ensure compliance with service level targets and continuous improvement of service quality. You will make sure that IT procedures, guidelines, and standards for regular project operations—such as testing, monitoring, cybersecurity, documentation, and handover to first and second-level support teams—are performed and maintained.

You will also provide third-level support for productive applications in collaboration with second-level support teams. Additionally, you will perform technical analysis and code reviews and manage pilot projects in web technology, consumer engagement, and consumer data platforms.

You have a degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Management and at least six years of experience, ideally in the FMCG sector. You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and you know how to lead and guide teams effectively. You communicate confidently across all organizational levels and can turn business requirements into technical solutions.

You have hands-on experience with Sales applications and processes such as Order to Cash and cross-company sales. You know SAP S4 deeply—especially SD and MM/LE modules—and have worked on SAP S4 implementation projects. You are familiar with EDI, data exchange, CRM-ECC integration, and have basic ABAP reading and debugging skills. Experience with SAP C4C (Sales Cloud) is a plus.

You are fluent in English, and other languages like Italian, German, or Spanish are an advantage. You are open to international mobility and proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
