For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Group Financial Reporting Analyst who will be working in the Consolidation Department of the Group. 

As a Group Financial Reporting Analyst, you will perform the monthly and yearly preliminary closing activities in SAP and HFM in order to ensure a proper Group Financial Reporting process. 

Moreover, you will lead the monthly and year-end Intercompany Reconciliation process at Group level while you will be responsible for checking intercompany transactions (operating, financial, dividends), identifying intercompany differences and following up with Local Finance to guarantee the alignment between Local Entities.  

You will be responsible at Group level for the financial reporting procedures regarding the monthly uploading of the P&L and Balance Sheet of the subsidiaries into HFM. In relation, you will verify the interface between SAP and HFM systems in order to identify and prevent potential issues. 

In this role you will have to follow up with local entities and internal departments to solve detected issues or prevent potential ones. You will support the preparation and analysis of the Consolidated Financials to be presented to Group Management on a monthly basis, while you will contribute to the preparation of the Consolidated Financial Statements at year end.  

Last but not least, you will support overall the Consolidation Department in dealing with external auditors and preparing supporting documentation for the year-end audit.  

You will bring a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields and at least 2–3 years of work experience within the Finance field, preferably in Accounting or the Administration area. 

You have a strong foundation in accounting and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), along with solid knowledge of financial reporting procedures and controls. You understand the structure of a balance sheet and a Profit and Lossstatement, and you have the ability to lead monthly reconciliation processes, collaborating with local finance teams to resolve intercompany differences.   wwithin certain deadlines.  

You are fluent in English and possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to interact confidently with internal stakeholders at both local and Group levels. You are self-motivated, pragmatic, and solution-driven, with a strong ability to work autonomously and deliver results. 

You demonstrate commitment, initiative, and the capability to manage multiple tasks and high volumes of activities simultaneously. You are known for your strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as your thorough approach to documentation of all activities performed. 

In terms of IT skills, you have excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and are a proficient user of SAP and HFM is an added value. 

You bring a positive and flexible attitude, believing that everything is possible. You are motivated, ready to deal with the unexpected, and possess excellent time-management skills to balance priorities effectively.
