Finance Administration & Tax Manager
Working closely with Local CFO and Regional Administration Manager, the Finance Administration & Tax Manager will be mainly responsible for supervising financial records, accounting, and tax, ensuring compliance with Group policies as well as with local laws and regulations.
As the Finance Administration and Tax Manager, you'll be supervising four different legal entities, leading a team of 10 dedicated individuals. Your responsibilities will cover a diverse range of tasks essential for the company's financial health.
Financial Management:
You will manage the preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/statutory accounting standards, managing periodic reports, and ensuring the integrity of accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management, inventory and fixed assets. You will supervise the month end and year end closing process, ensuring integrity of financial records and compliance with IFRS and Group Reporting Standards. You'll also oversee intercompany balances and reconciliations.
Treasury and Credit Control:
You will supervise the treasury management (cash management & planning) and credit control processes (credit limits, risks, ...) in alignment with group standards. Additionally, you'll prepare weekly credit reports and share them with the sales department, organizing monthly meetings, and presenting results to the General Manager and Sales.
Tax Compliance:
You will supervise tax declarations and returns to ensure compliance with VAT and tax legislation, supporting tax audits in cooperation with the Regional Tax Manager, and preparing transfer price documentation.
Compliance and Process Improvement:
Collaborating closely with external auditors, managing tax declarations and returns to ensure compliance with VAT and tax legislation. You'll also lead and mentor your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance with internal controls.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
You will drive and guide Business Process Outsourcer to ensure that accounting procedures and operating tasks are properly executed in line with deadlines and operating manuals.
Cooperating with other functions, (e.g. marketing, sales, operations, IT, Regional GRC and Regional Tax) you analyze existing business processes and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Are you a driven professional with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business? With 5 to 9 years of hands-on accounting experience, and skilled at handling financial matters.
In this position, you will need to bring energy, enthusiasm, and strong interpersonal skills to the team, ensuring effective collaboration. Collaboration is key, so your ability to work effectively in a team, coupled with your strong leadership skills, will be vital.
You'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, capable of managing ambiguity and complexity. Your keen analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with an eye for detail, will be essential in this role.
Moreover, your strategic thinking abilities will allow you to develop insights and prioritize opportunities and tasks effectively.
Technical Skills
You're proficient in SAP and Excel, utilizing technology to enhance processes.
Language Skills
Fluent in English, with French proficiency as a bonus, you are ready to interact and navigate in an international and diverse environment.
