At Ferrero, we create globally loved brands that bring moments of joy to people of all ages. Joining our eCommerce Internship means becoming part of a commercially focused team that drives online growth and enhances the digital shopping experience across multiple retail platforms.

This internship offers meaningful, hands-on experience within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. You will support digital content optimisation, online performance analysis and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to the continued growth of Ferrero’s eCommerce presence.

You will be treated as an integral member of the team, gaining exposure to online retail strategy, digital activation and performance analytics. Alongside day-to-day responsibilities, you will develop insight into how data, brand content and customer behaviour combine to drive online sales within a global organisation.

As an eCommerce Intern, you will support a range of digital and commercial activities, including:

  • Conducting analysis of online sales performance and digital shelf visibility to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Supporting digital content development and imagery reviews across brand websites and retailer platforms.
  • Collaborating with brand and sales teams to improve online product presentation and activation.
  • Contributing to reporting and performance tracking to support data-driven decision-making.

This role offers practical exposure to digital commerce strategy, online customer behaviour and data-led commercial planning within a dynamic FMCG environment.

We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, analytically curious, and eager to contribute within a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.

You may be currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a degree-level qualification in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline. Equivalent experience or alternative academic backgrounds with strong analytical capability are also welcomed.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • An interest in digital commerce and the consumer goods sector

We value diverse perspectives and encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds and experiences.

Throughout your internship, you will receive structured support and development opportunities to help you build practical eCommerce skills and gain valuable insight into digital growth within a global organisation.

Please ensure that your application includes both your Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a Cover Letter. In your Cover Letter, we would love to understand what motivates you to apply for this internship and why you are interested in building your career within Finance or Marketing at Ferrero. We also welcome insight into the skills, experiences or perspectives you would bring to the team.
