Ensure the management of plant utilities in order to guarantee the supply of energy, hot and cold water / steam. Ensure air conditioning for both production and offices. Ensure maintenance activities for all the buildings.

UTILITIES MAINTENANCE

  • Implement interventions in his scope in order to achieve the objectives of efficiency of the machinery
  • Ensure repairing and maintenance of facilities and utilities in the Plant
  • Support planning of the preventive maintenance regarding facilities and utilities and its relative actions, in order to ensure its proper working
  • F&U team budgets and Headcount plan management
  • Verify the maintenance cost trends and analyze variations vs. budget

ENERGY AND DISTRUBUTION OF FLUIDS

  • Responsible for the distribution of electricity and different fluids: water steam, air in accordance with the local environment standards
  • Analyze consumption of energy to respect international agreements on the subject of the greenhouse effect

NEW  PROJECTS

  • Supports the responsible of new works to develop and realize new projects of improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of machinery of the Plant
  • Studies and proposes new machinery or equips existing ones with an aim of reducing costs of production
  • Collaborate with DSTI to define the technology to be used in new projects

MANAGEMENT OF PRESONNEL

  • Organize, define objectives, evaluate, supervise, develop personnel in order to achieve objectives of efficiency and quality and industrial competitiveness, likewise ensuring “proper” climate among managed resources
  • Talent review to enhance team members' capabilities and build up a talent pipeline.
  • Bachelor degree and above
  • Mechanical or engineering background
  • Minimum 8 years’ F&U related working experience, and experience in foreign-invested enterprises is a plus
  • Experience in the food and pharmaceutical industries is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of team management experience
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Experience in HVAC and infrastructure project implementation
  • Proficient in internal and external coordination and communication, with strong resilience under pressure
  • Team mindset and excellent teamwork skills
  • Strategic thinking and lean management capabilities
  • Fluent English
