Internship

At Ferrero, we create globally loved brands that bring moments of joy to people of all ages. Behind our success is a strong procurement function that ensures we source responsibly, efficiently and strategically to support the wider business.

Joining our Procurement Internship means becoming part of the General Procurement team, supporting sourcing activities and contributing to our ongoing digital transformation journey. This internship offers meaningful, hands-on experience within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment, where data, systems and collaboration drive smarter purchasing decisions.

You will be treated as an integral member of the team, contributing to real procurement initiatives while gaining exposure to supplier analysis, sourcing strategies and digital tools such as SAP Ariba. Alongside day-to-day responsibilities, you will develop insight into how procurement supports operational efficiency and commercial performance across the organisation.

As a Procurement Intern, you will support a range of sourcing and process improvement activities, including:

  • Analysing supplier data to identify trends, consolidation opportunities and potential synergies.
  • Supporting the optimisation of buying channels and embedding best practice processes within SAP Ariba to improve approval and purchase request workflows.
  • Assisting with data compilation, reporting and preparation of sourcing strategy materials.
  • Contributing to procurement onboarding and supporting administrative and project-based activities within the team.

This role offers practical exposure to strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement digitisation and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic FMCG environment.

We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, analytically curious, and eager to contribute within a collaborative and fast-paced procurement environment.

You may be currently studying towards, or have recently completed, a degree-level qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or a related discipline. Equivalent experience or alternative academic backgrounds with strong analytical capability are also welcomed.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence working with data and digital systems
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • An interest in procurement, sourcing strategy and operational efficiency

We value diverse perspectives and encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds and experiences.

Throughout your internship, you will receive structured support and development opportunities to help you build practical procurement skills and gain valuable insight into strategic sourcing within a global organisation.

Please ensure that your application includes both your Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a Cover Letter. In your Cover Letter, we would love to understand what motivates you to apply for this internship and why you are interested in building your career within Finance or Marketing at Ferrero. We also welcome insight into the skills, experiences or perspectives you would bring to the team.

The deadline for applications is TBC

The selection process consists of three stages:

  1. Screening telephone interviews: March - April 2026
  2. Online testing: April 2026
  3. Assessment Centre: April - May 2026

The internship will commence on Tuesday 1st September 2026 and will run for 12 months. During this period, you will be required to work from our sites and offices as defined per role, as on-site presence is a key requirement of the programme.

Right to Work Requirement
Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom for the full duration of the 12-month internship at the time of application.
