Based in our Global Headquarters in Luxembourg on a fixed‑term contract, you join R&D as a Point of Sales (POS) Material Manager. You shape global POS solutions that are sustainable, modular, simple to assemble and ready to place. You will guide two technical designers, develop innovative solutions and discover local best practices turning them into projects that create impact across channels. Your mission is to craft a catalogue that combines innovation and existing POS solutions worldwide and analyze opportunities for centralization and cost optimization to drive economic advantages.

You will lead the design and development of global POS materials that balance visibility, sustainability, modularity and ease of assembly. You will translate business needs into solutions that work across markets, shaping concepts that help sales teams show our brands with purpose. You will keep a living catalogue of global POS options, ensuring it grows with new ideas and remains accessible and accurate.

Moreover, you will analyze global POS practices to spot opportunities for centralization and cost optimization. You will shape flexible solutions that adapt to different retail formats while supporting mix‑management needs. You will work with Trade Marketing, Regional Deploy Teams, Procurement, Marketing, and suppliers to align expectations, share insights, and guide choices that elevate the in‑store story.

Finally, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed best practices and encourage the adoption of innovative and sustainable POS solutions. You will lead and grow your two technical designers with clear direction and a spirit of creativity. You will monitor key metrics such as cost savings, catalogue completeness, and rollout success, ensuring every improvement shapes the evolution of future business models.

You bring a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, Visual Merchandising, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of experience designing POS materials in a global or multi‑market environment. You understand how design choices translate into operational reality and how teams bring these solutions to life in stores.

You can manage complex projects with structure and empathy, analyze models with care, and communicate clearly across diverse teams. You guide technical and creative contributors with confidence, bringing people together to craft solutions that matter. You are result oriented and complexity is an opportunity to manage.
