Internship

Are you interested in discovering how people management works within a large industrial organization? Join our team in Pozzuolo Martesana for a 6-month curricular internship and gain hands-on experience within Ferrero’s Operations environment, supporting workforce management and recruitment activities.
During this internship, you will work alongside the team responsible for coordinating the workers’ population within the Pozzuolo Martesana plant, while gaining exposure to broader People & Organization processes in a multinational company. You will have the opportunity to understand how recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning support the operational needs of a large manufacturing site and contribute to the management of both blue-collar and white-collar hiring processes.

As a Curricular Intern, you will contribute to activities related to the recruitment and coordination of the seasonal workforce supporting the production site. In particular, you will be directly involved in the selection process of seasonal workers, managing candidate screenings, organizing and conducting interviews and supporting the coordination of hiring and onboarding activities for a large number of candidates during the seasonal campaign.
Alongside these activities, you will support the team in recruitment processes for technical and professional profiles, such as maintenance technicians, drivers and selected white-collar roles, gaining exposure to the methodologies and tools used within a multinational organization. In these cases, you will work closely with the team, contributing to screening and coordination activities while observing the broader recruitment process.
You will also support the monitoring and reporting of Motivation KPIs related to the workers’ population, contributing to the preparation of reports and analyses on indicators such as absenteeism, turnover and overtime. Through these activities, you will gain insight into how people-related data is used to support workforce planning and decision-making within Operations.
Overall, the internship will allow you to experience how People & Organization processes interact with the needs of a complex industrial environment, combining recruitment activities with exposure to workforce analytics and operational HR processes.

You are a university student currently pursuing a master's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or a related field, and you are interested in exploring how HR processes support operations within a manufacturing context.
You are organized, proactive and comfortable interacting with people, and you are interested in gaining practical experience in recruitment and people management. You are also comfortable working with data and administrative processes.
A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general familiarity with digital tools are appreciated. Fluency in Italian is required and a good level of English is considered a plus.
This internship is designed for students who would like to gain exposure to HR processes within an Operations environment, experiencing firsthand how large-scale recruitment and workforce management are handled in an international industrial company.
