We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team in Casablanca, Morocco.

▪ In charge of the full-cycle Payroll for employees from the preparation of the inputs to the closure of the month’s payroll process;
▪ Respect the guidelines and calendar of the payroll cycle;
▪ Handling of all administrative documents requested by employees;
▪ Support employees in health insurance requests and submit their medical files to our health insurance provider;
▪ Support in managing workplace related issues;
▪ Ensure all social security contributions, tax withholdings, and statutory deductions (CNSS, IR, etc) are calculated correctly and submitted on time;
▪ Provide HR administrative support (contracts, leave tracking, employee files) and maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records;
▪ Coordinate with external payroll vendor and service providers when applicable;
▪ Reconcile payroll accounts and liaise with finance for correct posting and to share all needed data;
▪ Support payroll audits and provide reports to internal stakeholders;
▪ Identify process improvements and opportunities for efficiency;
▪ Oversee company vehicle fleet operations;
▪ Be the focal point with the Moroccan public administration (CNSS, CIMR, Labor office etc.);
▪ Participate in handling employee relations matters

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law and statutory requirements (CNSS, IR, etc)
  • Proficiency with payroll software (SAP, SAGE, etc)
  • Good understanding of the administration processes and fleet management practices
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Fluency in Arabic, French and English
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Analytical mindset for payroll reconciliations and fleet cost tracking
  • Customer service orientation when dealing with employees and vendors
