In this exciting co‑packing trainee opportunity at Ferrero Iberica, you will step into the heart of our Supply Planning team and support the operational flow that ensures our products reach consumers with the highest standards. Working closely with experts in packaging supply chain, you will gain hands‑on experience managing production instructions, materials and data that shape day‑to‑day performance in one of the world’s most iconic FMCG companies. Additionally, the role will allow you to explore key processes linked to supply chain operations, ensuring that every detail behind our delicious products is flawlessly executed.

You will collaborate in the control and verification of production instructions to ensure accuracy and consistency across co‑packing activities. Daily work will include the elaboration and supervision of BOM management, helping maintain precise structures for our finished goods. As part of your responsibilities, you will also contribute to the management and request of packaging codes, keeping our master data updated for reliable costing and flows. Furthermore, you will help monitor packaging stock levels to guarantee continuous availability and support the team in tasks related to SAP projects and Excel activities that require analytical insights. Throughout the journey, your curiosity and proactive mindset will be key in spotting improvements and contributing value.

This supply chain trainee role is ideal for a student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or Business Administration who is eager to develop professionally within a dynamic operations trainee environment. If you have previously completed a supply chain internship or gained experience in production or similar fields, that will be a strong advantage. We value individuals who combine analytical thinking with initiative, who enjoy working with data, and who are naturally curious about how processes connect. Comfort working with Excel, SAP, and Microsoft tools is important, as well as an intermediate level of English that will help you thrive in our international organization. If you are motivated, detail‑oriented and excited to grow within Ferrero, this opportunity will feel like the perfect next step.
