Assistant Brand Manager, Tic Tac
We have a current opening for an Associate Brand Manager, Tic Tac Canada and are actively reviewing applications.
As the Assistant Brand Manager, Tic Tac, you’ll help shape the future of one of Canada’s most iconic refreshment brands. You’ll play a hands-on role in driving growth, supporting P&L delivery, and strengthening Tic Tac’s market‑leading position. Working closely with the Marketing Director and cross‑functional partners, you’ll bring brand‑building ideas to life, manage A&P with care, and help move innovation projects forward with clarity and momentum.

- Bachelor’s degree required, focus in Business or Marketing preferred
- 1-3 years’ brand marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods, managing comparable brands
- Proven success in brand equity building, communication, and managing creative/media agencies on executional priorities, providing input on briefs and fast follow-through on post reporting to enhance performance of future/existing campaigns
- Excellent accountability, communication, decision-making.
- Skilled in using syndicated databases (e.g., Nielsen) for market insights.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and delivering results on schedule.
- Working knowledge of budget, P&L management
- Deep understanding of food, drug, mass, club, and e-commerce trade channels.
- Experience and proficiency in item setup and execution as it relates to product and tool development
- Previous experience in developing product innovation
- High degree of input and exposure in brand strategies and operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

The base salary range for this position is $$78,631 - $$104,841 annually. (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
