We have a current opening for a Sr. Financial Analyst and are actively reviewing applications.

Under the guidance of the Plant Controller, this role has responsibility for all finance related duties including budgets, forecasts and month end close.  Acts as a finance resource and partner for all other team members within the plant.  Ensures full compliance of the plant to finance guidelines, policies and procedures.

BUDGET PREPARATION - Coordinates process for setting industrial cost standards (bill of materials, labor, etc.)
INDUSTRIAL COSTS/ANALYSIS - Performs regular cost analysis to highlight trends and area of attention to guide the Plant Manager and his Team for short and long-term actions with the aim of preserving the profitability
CAPITAL PROJECTS & FIXED ASSET MANAGEMENT - Collaborates in the preparation of the capital project budget and its formal acceptance 
MONTH END - Responsible for all aspects of plant monthly close ensuring deadlines are met
FORECASTS - Prepares monthly risks & opportunities including volume impact
COST SIMULATION & NEW PROJECTS- Performs cost simulations and new project cost calculations

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Business-Related field + 4-7 years of related work experience
•    Knowledge of production process including phases, cycles and models
•    Understanding of product costing
•    Knowledge of budget and cost control processes
•    Experience in a manufacturing environment
•    Skilled competence in SAP
•    Strong knowledge of Excel

The base salary range for this position is $71,000 - $95,000 annually. Acual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time. 

In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
