The AG (performance Analyzer) will provide the UGP (Product) Manager with all the data and information needed to correctly manage the product business unit, through performance monitoring and analysis (i.e. lines, materials, efficiencies, quality, labour, etc.) and directional reporting preparation.
- Support of production headcount budget elaboration and investment budget
- Creates with the UGP Manager the general expenditure budget
- Manages SAP issues
- Completes monthly closure meeting Controlling deadlines
- Responsible for the line performance analysis and to share information during the production meetings
- Collaborates with the UGP Manager for Stock Management and manages the monthly inventory system adjustments
- Responsible for the SAP and payroll hours
- Responsible for the inventory in the production areas.
- Assist with Gap analysis, Production Scheduling, maintenance, Conitnous improvement and Quality Food and Safety
- Post-High School/Associate’s Degree and 1 to 3 years of experience
- Familiar with production cycles, models, production efficiencies and stock management
- Knowledge of inventory processes, production KPI’s, planning techniques, production performance analysis methods
- Excellent in Excel
- Knowledge of Word, Outlook and PowerPoint software
- Strong knowledge of SAP
