We are looking for an Ice Cream Category Specialist to support the growth of the Ice Cream category in the US/RW market. In this role, you will contribute to the execution of category strategies and shopper activation plans, working closely with local Sales and Marketing teams to drive engagement and conversion across all shopper touchpoints.

In this role, you will support the commercial activation of global category priorities in the US/RW areas, helping to improve portfolio performance and ensure consistent rollout of brand activation guidelines.

You will contribute to the development of shopper insights and activation strategies tailored to the US/RW market, optimizing assortment, pack-price architecture and in-store visibility across channels. You will also support the coordination of innovation launches, ensuring alignment with trade and shopper needs.

Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that category strategies are effectively translated into execution plans that deliver value for Ferrero, our customers and consumers.

You bring 5+ years of experience in category management, shopper marketing or trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry and with exposure to the US/RW retail landscape.

You are analytical, collaborative and consumer-focused, with a strong ability to translate insights into actionable plans. You are fluent in English and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
