About the Role:

For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg we are looking for a Global eCommerce Digital Shelf Lead, a critical role for delivering Ferrero’s ambitious eCommerce commercial objectives.
In your role you will need to lead the development and implementation of foundational Digital Shelf Execution across c. 40 regions and will be the global expert on digital shelf KPIs, standards and data management.
Within the global eCommerce team you will need to collaborate with Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Category, Area and Regional eCommerce to maximise the everyday digital visibility of the Ferrero range across all eCommerce sub-channels 

Main tasks:

In collaboration with the Digital Shelf, SEO & Performance Activation Manager you will be applying the strategy into action.
You will be developing and owning the roadmap for digital shelf technologies roll out and improvement. 
Additionally, you will ensure Digital Shelf Execution and strategic pillars implementation within the local markets.
You will be co-leading the setup and owning the maintenance of Digital Shelf Tracking solutions with Digital Shelf external partners.
You will track the implementation progress of the Digital Shelf Program through regular business reviews and report back to Management teams (Availability, Visibility, Conversion). Moreover, you will be analyzing Digital Shelf Execution performance data, share insights and recommend action plans to key stakeholders (global to local) to drive continuous execution improvement.
Using a data-driven, iterative approach you will be improving and upgrading Ferrero’s Digital shelf presence
In order to support the global eCommerce development and eCommerce Content, you will develop data-led selling stories.
Additionally, you will be identifying the best-in-class Digital Shelf Execution best practices within our categories and will work on the implementation of channel-specific content at scale.

Who we are looking for:


  • 6+ years of experience;
  • Relevant academic background (Bachelors, Masters, MBA or related);
  • Previous experience in digital shelf management is a must;
  • Previous experience in FMCG, CPG or related;
  • Experience in SPF is a plus;
  • Good understanding of digital shelf shopper drivers;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Result oriented;
  • Strong ownership and ability to create a concept and follow up until the implementation;
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization.


  • MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel;
  • Demonstrated experience with digital shelf data and the external providers;
  • Experience with customer SEO.


  • English proficiency is a must;
  • Any additional language is a plus.
