Field Key Account Modern Trade Area 3
If you are passionate about our brands and products and eager to build your career within the commercial areas of a dynamic Business Unit, this opportunity is designed for you. You will join the Sales team as a Field Key Account, with a specific focus on the Modern Trade channel. Your area of responsibility will be Sassari and its province, where you will experience first-hand the implementation of commercial strategies and manage our in-store presence across key client accounts.
In this role, you will take ownership of both the operational and strategic management of your assigned territory, ensuring that our products are always available, well-positioned, and supported by effective promotional materials. During your regular store visits, you will identify new business opportunities and propose innovative commercial solutions that drive growth and visibility. As the face of Ferrero in your area, you will build strong, long-lasting relationships with client representatives while collaborating closely with central teams to execute cross-functional projects. Your contribution will be essential in guaranteeing excellence in sales execution and strengthening our brand’s presence within the Modern Trade channel.
You bring with you a degree in Economics or a related field and prior experience in Sales, giving you the tools to understand market dynamics and consumer needs. You will add analytical thinking, curiosity, and a strong results orientation to our team, helping us turn insights into impactful actions. You will contribute your interpersonal and relationship-building skills, allowing you to establish effective partnerships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Your proficiency with MS Office, including the use of functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, will help you analyze performance and support decision-making. You communicate fluently in both Italian and English and hold a valid driver’s license, enabling you to move efficiently across your territory. While this role is based in Sardinia, your willingness to be geographically mobile will open doors to future opportunities within the organization.
