Alba, CN, IT (Híbrido)

Reporting directly to the End User Computing CoE – Manager, within the European Delivery Center, the UC Solution and Test Design position plays a central part in designing, validating, and continuously improving multi-vendor Unified Communication solutions that ensure a reliable, secure, and high quality collaboration experience across the organization.
This role contributes to the delivery of efficient IT solutions to the business and supports the global strategy for the adoption of End User Computing technologies, working as a key reference point for the evolution of collaboration services. As part of the Global End User Team, the position acts as third level support in the Unified Communication area and collaborates closely with stakeholders to help define Group level standards, while maintaining an active partnership with the Cybersecurity department to ensure secure implementation and operation of UC services.
The position requires strong expertise across multi vendor Unified Communication and Video ecosystems, spanning cloud and on premises platforms, collaboration services, endpoints, and meeting room technologies, with a focus on interoperability, quality, and user experience.

The role is based in our Alba offices, with flexibility for remote work up to two days per week.

You will support the evolution of Ferrero’s Unified Communication ecosystem by working across the full lifecycle of Microsoft Teams, Cisco collaboration services and complementary third party solutions. This includes configuring and optimizing policies, validating new features, and managing the daily operation of UC platforms to ensure a seamless and reliable collaboration experience.

A key part of the role involves overseeing and troubleshooting UC devices and endpoints such as SBCs, phones, and videoconferencing systems, ensuring proper provisioning, performance, and interoperability in both hybrid and cloud-based environments.

You will analyze SIP signaling, real time voice and video media behavior, and end-to-end call and meeting flows to diagnose voice and video issues in complex environments, while contributing to the integration of PBX platforms and third-party services such as switchboards, contact centers, ECDN, and CVI solutions. Close collaboration with networking and cybersecurity teams will be essential to validate performance, ensure compliance with security principles, and maintain seamless end to end service quality.

Throughout your work, you will collaborate with stakeholders, participate in Group-level standard-setting initiatives, and support testing activities as new services and deployments are introduced. You will contribute technical expertise to service managers and project teams and help define solutions that are robust, scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs across a dynamic international environment.

You hold a degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field, supported by proven experience in Unified Communication and End User Computing environments.

You have worked with modern collaboration platforms, particularly Microsoft Teams and Cisco solutions, and you bring a solid understanding of enterprise telephony and the integration of cloud and on premises systems. You are familiar with UC devices and endpoints and understand the fundamentals of SIP based communication and real time media, enabling you to support troubleshooting activities in complex environments.

You have a good understanding of the networking principles that influence UC performance and are comfortable working with hybrid architecture and identity services such as Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Experience with testing, validation, or quality monitoring activities is considered a strong asset.

Business fluent English enables you to communicate effectively across teams, stakeholders, and geographies in a dynamic international environment.

Beyond your technical background, you bring strong analytical thinking, clear communication skills, and a collaborative and proactive mindset. You are curious and eager to learn, able to navigate new technologies and contribute with accountability, and a continuous improvement approach.

If you’re ready to bring your Unified Communication expertise to a global environment and contribute to the evolution of our collaboration ecosystem, we’d be glad to hear from you. Apply now and be part of Ferrero’s journey to deliver secure and high quality communication experiences worldwide.
