We are looking for Trade Marketing Specialist for Kazakhstan and would like to receive your application!

  • Implementation of national/individual activity plans, channel and promo strategies
  • Preparation of regular reports on budget execution for all types of trade marketing activities, and development of presentations based on results
  • Operational support for trade marketing expenses in the company’s accounting systems
  • Ensuring proper document flow based on the actual execution of promotional events and trade marketing services
  • Organization of advertising materials supply
  • Leading the process of monitoring advertising material placement in retail outlets using company-approved tools (MDS, SFA, Power BI)
  • Managing documentation related to advertising materials
  • Coordinating the local production process of advertising materials
  • Working with accounting, contract approval systems, and SAP (creating PRs)
  • Work experience in trade marketing/key accounts for at least 1 (one) year
  • Advanced user of MS Excel
  • English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Well-developed analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Confident user of MS Office
