The Supply Planning Manager guarantees the availability of finished products across the regional network by aligning supply with demand, maintaining optimal stock levels, and ensuring product freshness. The role enables smooth, reliable product flows and supports commercial needs while managing industrial and logistical constraints. He/she drives the transformation of planning processes by leveraging data, automation, and advanced analytics to improve agility and efficiency.

1. Supply Planning

Analyze logistics and transport constraints to anticipate potential service issues and define improvement plans.

Share relevant inputs with Operations Planning, plant planners, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on local constraints, thresholds, and network specifics.

2. Supply Distribution Planning

Define stock targets and safety levels and manage stock balancing between national warehouses.

Establish delivery plans from factories to commercial warehouses to ensure that the products are on the right place (deliveries to clients, copacking, deviate overflow during seasonal peak).

Monitor local inventory health and service performance and implement improvement actions where needed.

Maintain the right level of direct deliveries to optimize transportation costs.

3. Copacking Management

Lead the full scope of copacking operations, ensuring optimal SKU availability for customers.

Oversee production planning, from sales forecasts to final shipment.

Maintain a feasible weekly planning aligned with packaging/component availability, copacking capacity, and customer timelines.

Manage packaging orders with the 3PL partner and coordinate inbound flows to the copacking warehouse.

Oversee 3PL contract performance and provide monthly copacking KPI reporting.

You report to the BNL Supply Chain Manager and collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Factories & Industrial Teams, External Copackers and Group Supply Chain functions.
