Supply Chain Procurement Buyer EU Multi-Countries (6-month Fixed-Term Contract)

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Supply Chain Procurement Buyer EU Multi-Countries for a duration of 6 months.

By covering this position, you will ensure the procurement of goods, materials, and services in line with established guidelines to meet the company’s operational needs. You will manage purchase orders within a defined supplier base while actively scouting for new suppliers, ensuring continuity of supply and considering price, quality, and delivery.

In this role, you will support the definition of category strategies aligned with business needs and budget objectives while collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and legal and ethical guidelines.

Moreover, you will manage negotiations with suppliers, evaluate offers, and apply procurement policies to achieve results that meet timing and flexibility requirements. Your responsibility includes monitoring key performance indicators and maintaining accurate information on agreements for other functions.

Last but not least, you will also work on strengthening relationships with existing suppliers while identifying opportunities for improvement. You will manage continuity, address issues, and support common objectives within the supplier network.

You will bring your educational background in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or other related fields with 1-3 years of relevant experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain.

Thanks to your strong communication and negotiation skills, you will approach tasks with enthusiasm and focus on achieving results. You will demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and attention to detail while working autonomously and solving problems effectively.
Additionally, your ability to manage stakeholders, analyze data, and produce accurate reports will support collaboration and decision-making.

Finally, you will bring your proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP Ariba with your fluency in English.
