The Region Security Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing the overall security strategy for the Company, in close coordination with Ferrero Group Security Luxembourg.
The role will be report to local HR and professionally to Ferrero Group Security.
The position is based at Belsk/Warsaw in Poland and covers a look after different security related aspects.

•    Manage daily physical security operations for Ferrero premises, including offices, plants, warehouses, farms, and the relationship with contracted security providers. Coordinate external security provider in charge of the manned guarding services and surveillance.
•    Oversee and manage administrative security needs of the local premises including access control requests, risk assessments, security contingency and first-aid suppliers, security related training and surveillance services. 
•    Conduct and update Threat and Security Risk Assessments related to the Country / Market, in line with Ferrero standard and metrics, identifying the related level of exposure and potential implications for the company. 
•    According to Group guidelines, adopt, tailor, and execute Crisis Management plans and procedures. Act as a Strategic, Operational and Tactical advisor to the Regional Leadership and Crisis Management Teams during major incidents and crises as appropriate, supporting Ferrero population.
•    Locally implement relevant Group Security programs, providing feedback to centers of expertise.
•    Provide accurate and timely reports regarding sensitive security related incidents and major events. Promptly inform Group Security, and, on receiving clearance, conduct due diligence and investigation, under the supervision of Fraud Management & Third-Party Security Manager. 
•    Assess risks for premises, providing mitigation strategy, based on a cost-conscious approach. 
•    Advice and counsel Region/Country management on security policies and best practices to foster Security awareness, culture and enforce the deployment of methodologies, processes and technologies for each Security process locally. 
•    Develop excellent network of Security contacts and liaise with Police, Trading Standards, Customs, and other appropriate Regulatory Authorities to facilitate and aid investigations and matters relating to security, safety and risk compliance.
•    Maintain and regularly update the Business Continuity Plan by identifying strategic people, assets, suppliers. Perform the risk assessment and business impact analysis. Draft the contingency plans to minimize impact on operations. Continuous improvement of plans in place, to guarantee business resilience.
•    Maintain Travel Security Program Implementations for local and global travelers. Share instant Security alerts and travel tips for employees, expats and travelers. Deploy an emergency line for local employees, expatriates and travelers and work in coordination with the Group Security Operations Center. 
•    Managing financial activities of Security organization; budget planning, controlling monthly payments, shift plans, security projects planning.

You will bring a university degree in inernal sccurity, interntonal relations, law, or a related field, supported by proven professional experience in different security related aspects. Extensive corporate security experience: fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail or industrial companies preferred. 
Your profile is complemented by:

  • Native Polish speaker with fluent English skills.
  • Strong people and business management skills, including budget management, decision-making, proactivity, and conflict management.
  • Strong analytical mindset, high integrity, and the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure and crisis situations.
  • You are an excellent communicator capable of coordinating diverse stakeholders and creating alignment across functions.

We offer a competitive base salary and an annual bonus.

The expected salary range for this position will be communicated to candidates selected for the interview stage, in accordance with the amended Labour Code. The final salary will be determined individually based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors, in compliance with applicable legal regulations.
