Production Trainee
This position reports to the production line manager (UGP).
The purpose of setting up this position is to provide potential talents for production management positions. Possible subsequent positions include but are not limited to RTO (production shift manager), RDL (production manager), AG (production scheduling manager), etc., and include cross-departmental positions related to production, such as quality, process, and maintenance.
The on-the-job time of production trainees depends on the project situation and the employee's development status. The final job placement depends on comprehensive evaluation and the employee's personal will.
Employees need to master the basic elements of production in this position, including production process, material management, systematic management of production related safety, quality, environment and energy, and personnel and related party management. In addition, employees in this position also need to understand the Ferrero's values and way of work, which are mainly reflected in cross-departmental communication and collaboration, people-oriented, and lean thinking.
The above elements will be considered in the final position assignment evaluation.
本职位向生产线经理汇报工作。
岗位设立的目的在于为生产管理岗位提供后备人才储备,后续可能的生产管理岗位涵盖但不限于 RTO(生产倒班经理)、RDL(生产经理)、AG(生产调度经理)等,同时也包括与生产相关的跨部门岗位,例如质量、工艺以及设备维护等岗位。
生产培训生的在岗时间依据项目情况以及员工发展现状而定,其最终的职业定岗取决于综合评估结果以及员工个人意愿。
员工在本岗位需掌握生产运营的基本要素,包括生产流程、物料管理、安全、质量及环境能源等体系化管理以及人员和相关方管理等。此外,员工在此岗位还需掌握符合费列罗价值观的意识及行为准则,主要体现为跨部门沟通与协作、以人为本、精益思维等。
以上要素会在最终定岗评估中予以考虑。
Master production management knowledge
了解并掌握生产管理相关的相关信息,具体包括:
Lean management: Be familiar with the six dimensions of SQCDME in the production management system, and clearly understand the responsibilities and management methods of the production department.
精益管理:认知生产管理体系中SQCDME的六个维度及生产部门在其中承担的职责和管理方法。
Skillfully master and practice basic lean tools, such as 5S, PSG/KK, SMED, and continuous improvement tools, and have the coordination ability to organize lean teams.
掌握并实践基本的精益工具,包括:5S,PSG/KK,SMED,持续改善工具。具备组织精益小组的协调能力。
Safety management: Understand the basic elements and procedural requirements of safe production, such as working at heights, LOTOTO (Lockout/Tagout/Verify Energy), etc., and master and apply safety management tools such as ICE, safety conversations, and toolbox conversations.
安全管理:了解安全生产的基本要素和程序要求,如登高作业,LOTOTO(挂牌上锁验能)等,掌握并应用安全管理工具,如ICE,安全对话,工具箱对话等。
Food safety and quality management: Be aware of the basic requirements of food safety and quality, such as GMP, HACCP, hygiene zoning, cleaning and verification, product traceability, etc.
食品安全及质量管理:了解食品安全及质量的基本要求,如GMP,HACCP,卫生分区,清洁及验证,产品追溯等。
Material management and cost control: Understand the material management and cost control methods in the production process, such as waste management, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) analysis, etc.
物料管理及成本控制:了解生产过程中的物料管理及成本控制方法,如废料管理,设备综合效能(OEE)分析等
Production task personnel planning: Understand the planning strategies for production tasks and personnel and be familiar with relevant planning processes.

Environmental and energy elements: Understand the environmental and energy elements in the responsible area.

Job assistance: Assist specific production positions (such as AG, RDL, RTO, etc.) to complete their responsibilities. During this period, take part of the responsibilities of this position and understand its work content and business output that needs to be ensured.
岗位协助:协助特定生产岗位(如 AG、RDL、RTO 等)完成职责,在此期间承担部分该岗位职责,了解其工作内容及需确保的业务输出。
Rotation and project management: Based on the needs of employee development, short-term rotations may be carried out in different positions to understand the business content of different production modules. Usually, they are also given management responsibilities for specific projects and need to ensure the realization of the final purpose of the project.
轮岗与项目管理:基于员工发展需求,可能在不同岗位短期轮岗以了解生产不同模块业务内容。通常也被赋予特定项目的管理职责,需确保项目最终目的实现。

- Master’s degree in engineering, food technology or another field related to food manufacturing with high final score
