About the Role:

For our Ferrero Luxembourg Headquarters we are looking for a Pricing Business Analyst to join the Sales Business Development team. 
In your role you will be supporting the Group pricing program being responsible to drive 3N analytics on Y-o-Y basis at total countries and International customers’ level.

Main tasks:

Support group’s 3n price convergence program on existing products

You will be building and proposing the Group’s 3N Pricing strategy in a 3Win perspective to meet Group’s objectives.
You will constantly monitor 3N pricing maneuver implementation and 3N risk evolution by establishing a sound collaboration with Area’s and Regions’ teams.
Additionally, you will be monitoring Price’s evolution and identify opportunities for maneuver corrections along the year engaging discussions and ensuring alignment with Regions’ stakeholders, Area Marketing and Area Finance. 
You will be ensuring program effectiveness by defining 3N program development (country/brands scope) opportunities and 3N platform development and maintenance.

Pricing data platform maintenance

You will be delivering the SBD factbooks to relevant stakeholders and ensuring Pricing Data quality.

Who we are looking for:


  •  3+ years of experience
  • Relevant academic background (Bachelors, Masters, MBA or related);
  • Previous experience in Pricing, Revenue management;
  • Previous experience in FMCG, CPG or related;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Strategic mindset;
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization.


  • MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel;
  • Previous experience with HFM, SAP, Citrix, Nielsen, IRI, MUSST, STAR is a plus;
  • VBA is a plus.


  • English proficiency is a must;
  • Any additional language is a plus.
