Junior Brand Manager Seasonal Premium Chocolate
As a Junior Brand Manager Seasonal Premium Chocolate, you will work on innovative seasonal projects, supporting the Brand Manager and the wider team in the strategic development and execution of new product initiatives. You will be involved across the full lifecycle of seasonal products, combining a strong interest in marketing with hands-on exposure to new product development, continuous improvement and industrial project management. Based in Alba (CN), this role offers a global perspective and broad visibility across functions, geographies and markets.
You will contribute to the development and management of a complex seasonal product portfolio, supporting innovation projects and ensuring a smooth flow across all involved stakeholders. You will work on product and packaging development activities, coordinating internal processes related to new packaging, recipe and format management, and collaborating closely with technical, industrial, legal, quality and controlling teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
You will support the creation of new innovations and the roll-out of existing projects in selected countries, working with Area Marketing and Business Unit teams to define launch plans and evaluate new opportunities. You will be involved in consumer research activities, supporting the definition of research plans and the interpretation of quantitative and qualitative insights to inform project decisions.
You will collaborate with internal and external agencies on communication materials, including food demos, digital content and briefing preparation. After launch, you will support competition monitoring and market analysis, identifying opportunities, tracking product performance and providing insights to help grow and optimize the seasonal portfolio. The role requires mobility availability and a strong operational contribution across multiple projects.
You bring a strong contribution in terms of curiosity, ambition and a global mindset, allowing you to support innovation projects with energy and ownership. You add value through your interest in marketing and new product development, combined with the ability to manage processes, data and analysis in a structured and reliable way.
You contribute solid project management and communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and agencies in a fast paced environment. Your analytical capabilities allow you to interpret market data, consumer insights and performance indicators to support informed decisions.
You bring your master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Brand Management or similar, together with your experience in Marketing or Brand Management. You are comfortable working with tools such as Excel and PowerPoint and communicate fluently in English.
