INTERNSHIP PMO General & Surprises Procurement (Starting from March)

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an intern who will be reporting directly to the PMO General & Surprises Procurement inside our Procurement function.
By covering this internship, you will support procurement activities with an emphasis on supplier relationship management and compliance monitoring. You will work with the Indirect Finance Controlling team on annual vendor financial assessments and assist in preparing presentations for supplier risk committees.
Collecting and organizing supplier insurance certificates will also be part of your responsibilities.
Moreover, you will contribute to vendor risk management by tracking supplier ownership and categories while using SAP Ariba for supplier registration, qualification, and contract management.
Also, you may perform spend analyses using tools with machine learning and AI features, support efficiency tracking, and provide updated reports to management to help improve procurement performance.
As part of the Responsible Sourcing initiative, you will monitor supplier code acknowledgements and follow up on assessments. You will assist the General Procurement team with compliance and risk mitigation activities, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulations.
Last but not least, you will maintain regular contact with suppliers to manage compliance tasks and monitor performance.
To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of September 2026.
You will bring your educational background in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or other related fields.
Thanks to your strong communication skills, you will handle verbal and written interactions clearly and professionally. You will work in a cooperative and supportive way within cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration.
Your eagerness to learn will allow you to adapt quickly, take on new responsibilities, and contribute to shared objectives.
Finally, you will bring your proficiency in Microsoft Office with your fluency in English.
