For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for FI&PMO Area Europe. In this role, you will join the Function Integration & PMO Area Europe Team, thanks to your interest in supporting complex operational environments, you feel comfortable working with diverse stakeholders across plants and supply chain regions. Your attention to detail helps you follow the flow of ongoing initiatives, and your communication style allows you to share updates clearly with senior leaders. With your curiosity and organizational sense, you enjoy consolidating information, anticipating potential roadblocks, and keeping activities aligned with broader programs such as the operations excellence framework. 

Coordination & Support 

You will coordinate Europe Industrial, Supply Chain and Operations Board meetings by preparing agendas, involving the right stakeholders, and assembling the necessary decks in collaboration with Plant and Supply Chain Managers. You will support the Area Industrial and Area Supply Chain Senior Directors as they cascade the Industrial & Supply Master Plan at the European level, following KPI trends linked to plants and supply chain regions and sharing relevant updates on functional and area projects. 

Monitoring & Reporting 

You will oversee the monitoring and updating of Europe’s local operative training plans, ensuring coherence with the operations excellence program. Thanks to your interactions with each plant, you will consolidate results, anticipate obstacles, and report information to the Industry and Supply Chain Area Europe Senior Directors. When delegated, you will also take part in meetings on behalf of the Area Europe Function Integration & PMO, contributing with clear summaries and structured follow-ups. 

Thanks to your background in business or engineering, you are comfortable in operational settings and can draw on experience in project management or multi-disciplinary teams. You will work confidently with Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel to support coordination and information management. 

Your clear communication helps you engage with peers and senior colleagues, while your integrator and facilitator predisposition supports smooth collaboration. With your analytical, challenging and proactive mindset, you approach tasks with initiative. 

Thanks to your operations-focused education and fluency in English, you navigate easily in an international environment, with any additional language as an advantage. You will adapt to a dynamic setting and handle sensitive information with discretion.
