In-store Activation Manager

Trade & Shopper Marketing
Job ID:
75201
Barcelona, ES (Híbrido)

As In-Store Activation Manager, you will be at the heart of how our brands come to life in the point of sale across Spain and Portugal. This role gives you full end-to-end ownership of in-store activation, from concept to flawless execution, working closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales. Additionally, you will act as a true connector between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring every activation delivers impact, quality and consistency while staying on time and on budget.

You will lead the POS Materials Development process end-to-end, collecting inputs from Marketing and Trade Marketing teams, translating them into clear briefs and turning ideas into high-quality POSM that stands out in store. Managing supplier selection in line with procurement compliance, you will coordinate creative and technical development, align approvals with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales, and ensure smooth vendor management throughout production. Cost control and budget management will be a key part of your day-to-day, including raising SAP purchase orders and monitoring spend to avoid deviations.

Beyond development, you will oversee retail activation execution by coordinating production, delivery and stock management to prevent out-of-stock situations, while ensuring materials are delivered on time to the warehouse. Close collaboration with Sales, Customer Service and Master Data teams will allow you to manage material codes, review customer orders and support smooth market execution.

Additionally, you will take ownership of gadgets development, handling supplier approvals, production timelines and quality checks in line with quality management and security procedures. In Spain, you will also manage hostess activities, working with external agencies on selection, contracts, briefings and performance follow-up, ensuring strong field execution and a high level of in-store marketing excellence.

You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced FMCG environment and enjoys making things happen on the ground. You bring strong experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing or brand activation, with a solid understanding of retail operations and in-store execution. Stakeholder management comes naturally to you, and you feel confident working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Quality and external agencies.

You are highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once, without losing sight of deadlines or quality standards. A hands-on mindset, strong negotiation skills and financial focus will help you succeed, as will your ability to combine creativity with operational discipline. If you enjoy owning projects end-to-end, influencing others and seeing tangible results in store, this role will give you the visibility and impact you’re looking for.
