About the Role:

For our new Global Centre of Expertise, based in Alba (CN), we are looking for a Global Professional Maintenance Manager,

In this position, leading our Professional Maintenance central team, you will be responsible for the development and deployment of Ferrero Operational Excellence (FOX) methodologies related to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) / Lean Manufacturing / World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and, with a focus on the Preventive Maintenance (PM) pillar, in our global industrial network.

You will also coordinate and drive internal and external best practices cross-fertilization, continuous improvement, and workshops with related industrial functions.

Main Responsibilities:

Covering this role, you will become the “change agent”, bringing your continuous improvement mindset and fostering the operational excellence culture through TPM/WCM approach and Preventive Maintenance : Preventive, Predictive, Reliability Centered Maintenance strategy.

You will support the team manager in ensuring coordination among central Operation Performance teams and partner functions (Health & Safety, Food Safety & Quality, Engineering, People & Organization, etc) guaranteeing coherence in alignment with PM FOX principles, methodologies and Ferrero Governance, Risk and Compliance procedures.

Moreover, you will develop, improve PM methodologies and related procedures. Your role will involve creating, updating and standardizing training materials, defining PM Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Activity Indicators (KAIs) and setting related targets at Group and Area levels. You will coach and support Plant Maintenance Managers on PM methodologies, leveraging the "train-the-trainer" concept. You will support in consolidating, at the group level, the progress of PM global and local initiatives, steps progress, training, workshop sessions, audits / assessments, and results to improve Overall Asset Effectiveness (OAE) and competitiveness to global benchmark levels (unplanned and planned stoppages, maintenance cost optimization, spare parts, spare parts management, etc.).

Assessing and validating the maturity of the PM implementation and strong synergy work with AM (Autonomous Maintenance) methodologies and implementation adoption at the local level through audit / assessment plans will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also drive internal and external best practices cross-fertilization, continuous improvement, and workshops. As a change agent, you will foster the culture of continuous improvement.

Who are we looking for:

A person with master’s degree in engineering, or a related technical fields, with a solid experience (10+ years) in managing a maintenance department, deep understanding of industrial processes, strong technical skills, expertise in TPM / WCM or Lean Manufacturing, solving problems methodologies implementation demonstrated by a proven track record of delivering OEE improvement.

Your ability to co-coordinate professional teams will foster a collaborative environment that drives innovation and excellence. Your proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement will be instrumental in our success.

Thanks to your effective communication, “change agent” and leadership skills, you will be able to influence, coach and train different levels of the organization, to land the program at global scale. Fluency in English is mandatory, an additional language will be considered as a plus. Business trips will be around 50%.
