We believe all of our people are equally talented in their own way. In nurturing the curiosity and natural abilities of our employees, we provide them, generation after generation, the means to succeed personally and professionally, enabling them to craft their journey at Ferrero. The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.

As a member of the Consumer and Shopper Understanding (CSU) leadership team you will be responsible for setting up and managing 2 newly created Centers of Excellence focused on: (i) communication excellence and (ii) evaluating the impact of our marketing activities. On these topics, your role will be to standardize our methodologies and ways of working, scale the production of insights, consolidate findings to inspire the organization, and embed best practices to make the organization more efficient and impactful.

On the Communication COE, you will define how data and insights can bring consumer centricity, rigor and objectivity to the communication development process, from the communication brief to the development of Big Ideas and creative assets. To do this, you will need to partner with internal Marketing, Media and CSU teams as well as with external partners like creative agencies, media platforms and research agencies.

On the Impact COE, you will establish processes and guidelines to measure and evaluate the performance and the impact of our commercial activities. This will cover both the measurement of individual activities (media campaigns, in-store activities) and the evaluation of how they impact our brand equity and our sales performance. You will partner with a wide range of functions like Media, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Sales and IT.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and standardizing research methodologies and protocols, working hand in hand with both internal stakeholders and external partners. You will organize the efficient production of insights to scale learnings and embed new ways of working across the global CSU community. Leveraging data collected from around the world, you will consolidate findings into actionable recommendations and best practices, ensuring that insights translate into measurable business impact.

A key part of your mission will be to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing stakeholders to adopt practices that enhance the effectiveness of our marketing activities. You will also monitor industry trends to continuously refine tools and methodologies, while developing the capabilities of the CSU community and upskilling teams globally.

Finally, you will manage relationships with external partners, ensuring that we benefit from the most modern, high-quality, and efficient tools and approaches available.

We are seeking an accomplished professional with a strong academic background, ideally with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field, and a master’s degree considered an advantage. You bring over 15 years of experience in CPG strategy, consumer insights, or analytics, with hands-on expertise in working with diverse datasets such as retail audits, consumer panels, media consumption, and survey data. Experience in media measurement, brand health, or communication research is highly valued.

You combine strategic vision with a proven track record of transformation, supported by excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong grasp of commercial levers. Leadership and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to present with impact to senior stakeholders, including C-suite. You thrive in cross-functional collaboration and know how to translate insights into clear, actionable strategies. Above all, you bring an innovative mindset and the drive to shape the future of consumer and shopper understanding at scale.

Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do. So, to be successful at Ferrero, you’ll need to be just as consumer and product centric as we are - dedicated to crafting brilliant results for consumers around the world.
