Business Development Wholesaler Specialist
As a Business Development Wholesaler Specialist, you will work at the intersection of Sales, Trade Marketing, IT, and external partners, supporting the day-to-day management and development of the wholesaler channel. You will play a key role in ensuring effective collaboration between the company and out-of-home (OOH) customers, with a strong focus on operational excellence, data exchange, commercial support and business intelligence. This role offers a valuable growth opportunity, combining hands-on commercial activities with exposure to structured business development and reporting initiatives.
In this role, you will support the management of relationships with approximately 150 customers, ensuring the accuracy and continuity of sell-out data exchanged through a dedicated system managed by an external partner. You will collaborate closely with internal Sales teams, customers, and external partners to monitor data flows, identify inconsistencies, and contribute to process improvements. You will also support commercial settlement activities, maintain visibility on market dynamics, and act as a point of contact between internal Sales, Trade Marketing, IT, and external stakeholders. In parallel, you will contribute to a focused project stream aimed at developing and improving sales reporting, helping transform large volumes of operational data into clear and actionable insights for the Sales organization. You will support documentation, progress monitoring, and structured communication with all stakeholders involved.
You will bring to the company a solid academic background, holding a Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or a related field, along with 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Business Development, or similar commercial roles. With your analytical mindset and attention to detail, you will help strengthen data quality, improve reporting, and support more effective decision-making within the Sales organization. Your ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with internal teams, external partners, and customers will contribute to smoother and more reliable wholesaler processes. You will also bring a good command of English, used to interact with international stakeholders and external providers, together with a proactive attitude and strong willingness to grow within a dynamic commercial environment.
