Junior Finance Intercompany Process Analyst (12 months fixed-term contract)
For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an Junior Finance Intercompany Process Specialist within the Finance team, reporting to the Intercompany Lead. Join our team in a key role focused on the coordination, governance, and continuous improvement of intercompany processes across the Ferrero Group.
Working closely with our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner, Finance stakeholders (IT, Controlling, Procurement), and cross-functional teams, your primary responsibility will be to ensure effectiveness, consistency, and compliance of end-to-end intercompany processes. Rather than performing transactional accounting activities, you will act as a process owner and coordinator, ensuring that operational activities executed by the BPO are aligned with company standards, process requirements, and business expectations.
Another part of your role involves investigating and resolving intercompany AP/AR queries and posting discrepancies, including invoices, credit notes, settlements, and open items. You will perform root cause analysis, define remediation actions, ensure timely responses, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to secure sustainable resolutions.
You will contribute to the monitoring, tracking, and analysis of intercompany KPIs, including key AP/AR performance indicators, supporting transparency, performance control, and continuous improvement of accounting processes. Based on KPI insights, you will help identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of corrective or optimization actions in close cooperation with the Intercompany Lead, the BPO, and internal stakeholders.
Communication and collaboration are central to this role. You will work closely with other team members and cross functional partners such as IT, BPO, Procurement, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) and other Finance stakeholders to analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and propose opportunities for improvement and streamlining of intercompany AP/AR and accounting flows.
In cooperation with Finance PMO, you will support new projects and transformations impacting accounting and intercompany processes, such as system changes, process harmonization initiatives, or new business developments. Your contribution will help ensure that intercompany accounting and AP/AR flows remain robust, compliant, and efficient in a changing environment.
If you hold a Master’s degree in Accounting and have 1 to 3 years of experience in process management in accounting or finance operations function, this role could be a great fit for you. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional with strong process, analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.

You will interact with various teams, including Intercompany entities, Business Process Outsourcing, IT, Controlling, GRC and Finance PMO. Solid experience with SAP and good proficiency in MS Office applications, with strong Excel skills, are required. Experience with Power BI or data visualization tools is considered a plus.
You have a good command of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Italian and French is considered a plus.
