We have a current opening for a Tax Manager and are actively reviewing applications.

We are seeking a Tax Manager with at least 5 years of tax consulting experience to support a range of tax matters. The ideal candidate brings strong technical tax knowledge with a focus on US tax environment/regulations and knowledge of international tax principles, a consulting mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Experience in project management (PMO) is a plus.


Reporting to the head of North America Area Tax and contributing to projects and tasks managed by the North American tax team, this role offers exposure to complex tax issues and opportunities to contribute to process improvements and special initiatives.

•    Provide support to internal teams across federal, state, and/or international tax matters
•    Research, analyze, and interpret tax laws, regulations, and guidance
•    Prepare technical tax analyses and memoranda
•    Assist with tax planning initiatives and transaction-related support
•    Identify tax risks, opportunities, and process improvements
•    Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business and tax needs
•    Communicate technical tax concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
•    Contribute to the development of presentations and reports
•    Support project planning, tracking, and coordination for tax initiatives 
•    Assist with timelines, deliverables, and status reporting
•    Contribute to PMO/Dashboard style governance, documentation, and process standardization efforts
•    Participate in ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as needed

•    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related field. A post bachelor master’s in taxation and/or international taxation is a plus.
•    At least 5 years of relevant tax experience, preferably in a Big-4 consulting or professional services environment
•    Strong understanding of tax concepts and technical research skills
•    Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and ability to communicate tax complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is $142,016 - 189,355. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
