Strategic Customer Development Manager
The purpose is to drive the sales business by deploying Trade Marketing Strategies by Customer, developing key account strategies and help key account customers to consolidate internal resources to achieve sales target.
Creates Tailored marketing plan for the SKA (Strategic Key Account)
- Constantly looks for opportunities within the KA strategic customers and proposes action plan to turn the opportunity into winning marketing plans that will help the company reach short- and long-term goals,
- Understanding MT channel business & strategy, familiar with top KA customers, to support KA with tailor-made programs to drive share growth in KA customers.
- Closely work with KAM and totally involved in these customized programs from planning to summary period, include program theme, POSM or package design, on shelf process, shopper engagement programs and so on.
- Also timely follow up with KAM & RKA, track the execution & result. After program end, finish the summary together with KAM.
Optimizes the current execution of the National marketing campaigns in the KA channels
- Coordination & communication with MKT/ TM/ SC to better execute the national campaign: Including the planning feedback, execution tracking & timely update, to optimize the campaign process & mechanism.
- Follow the Execution & KPI update and data analysis
Bridges between KA/ TM/ MKT in order to match the needs of KA with Company
- Bridges between Follows the needs, requests, projects raised by KA or MT in order to sufficiently find source or find execution ground for the project, Follows the project with end to end execution
- Relevant project lead and support. Help to support KA team on some key projects following-up.

- Solid experience in Trade Marketing/Customer Marketing/Key account
- FMCG background
- Knowledge of China MT market and KA envelopment
- Good communication with internal and external related stakeholders
- Active, outgoing
- Good project management acumen, logistic thinking and data analytical skills
- Be fluent in oral and written English
