Legal Intern - curricular internship

We are currently looking for a talented candidate for a position as intern in the Legal Department. 

In this role, you support the drafting and review of commercial agreements in English and Italian, including sales agreements, service agreements, NDAs, and procurement agreements, as well as commercial documents such as customer communications and competition law analyses. You provide daily legal assistance and manage risk effectively, while liaising with internal stakeholders to address their legal needs. You help deliver legal training sessions to internal teams and keep the Legal Department informed about relevant legislative changes and their impact on group activities. You contribute to achieving the Group’s priorities by supporting the Legal Department in its initiatives and ensure full compliance with all Group Policies.

You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Law and bring strong business acumen with a cross-disciplinary mindset. You work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. Previous experience in the FMCG sector is considered an advantage.

You are comfortable with IT tools and proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. You speak English fluently, and knowledge of any other European language is a plus.
