As a Brand Manager you will be responsible for preparing, developing, and managing marketing activities across eight (8) Balkans markets. This includes overseeing the entire product portfolio, developing marketing plans, coordinating product launches, evaluating marketing effectiveness, and driving category/brand development.​

  • Take full responsibility for the category/brand execution and performance within the local market.
  • Adapt and localize centrally developed brand strategies to fit local consumer needs, retail landscape, and market dynamics.
  • Coordinate product launches and campaign rollouts with cross-functional teams, including Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain.
  • Ensure timely and consistent execution of all marketing activities in line with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and category KPIs, providing local insights and feedback to the central team.
  • Manage the local marketing calendar and ensure strong alignment with key seasonal periods and promotional plans.
  • Oversee the local marketing budget, ensuring proper allocation and cost control across all activities.
  • Collaborate with creative and media agencies for the execution of assets, ensuring they are locally relevant and on-brand.
  • Drive brand development initiatives to enhance market presence.​
  • University degree in Economics is a must, ideally with a passion or specialization in Marketing.
  • 3+ years of previous experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, spoken and written
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Nielsen is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and project management abilities
  • Ability to take initiative and act pro-actively
  • Team player with good self-motivation and positive attitude
