  • How is the international part of the Marketing/Sales/Controlling trainee program structured?
    The trainee program includes seven weeks abroad: two weeks of practice in the Sales/Production departments and five weeks workshops. The workshops provide participants with an overview of Ferrero’s history, corporate culture, its products, markets, marketing, sales, production, technologies and internal services. It also helps participants act their roles effectively, by passing the main “soft” skills, on organizational behaviors. In the same period, participants carry out a project which enhances their ability to work in a team and their intercultural competencies, and which aims to extend their presentation skills, time management and problem solving competencies. Italian language courses are offered in addition.
