About the Role:

To support the Commercial Development Manager Southeast Asia by driving the commercial development within the responsible countries. The key focus areas will be: 
•    Annual Sales Operations Planning
•    Sales Performance monitoring and root cause analysis
•    Trade Spend Management and strengthening ROI
•    Execution Plan monitoring and pro-active course correction
•    Market and channel driver insight orientated reporting and remediations

Main Responsibilities:

Sales Forecast
•    Partner with the Country Sales and Supply Chain team to review the weekly forecast for responsible markets
•    Early identification of risks and proactive contingency planning to deliver key operational deliverables (LE / STT / STD / FA / Weeks Coverage) for the responsible markets
•    Collaborate on forecast accuracy and bias trends to strengthen the rolling 14 month forecast through strong local S&OP adhering to internal supply chain deadlines
•    Support the budget process by assisting in the planning / preparation of PS3 / Budget / SAF with relevant insights, analysis, and assessment of the commercial plan for the responsible markets

Sales Performance
•    Track and report all relevant sales performance metrics for responsible markets (e.g., Distribution / Visibility / Qli / GSV / TS / DSR / STC etc.)
•    Execution plan monitoring including campaign analysis with insights and recommendation
•    Collaborate during the monthly meetings (MBR, SMM) and initiatives and follow up actions
•    Collect and analyze information on market and competition, develop reports and propose actions to improve Ferrero positioning and/or management of specific performance issues

Trade Spend
•    Ensure compliance to the promotional guidelines for the responsible markets and channels
•    Manage the Trade Spend accrual and payment process for the responsible markets
•    Ensure timely and accurate reporting on Trade Spend position each month
•    Monthly review of P&L and Trade Spend by market and brand to ensure full year landing is aligned to BDG / SAF
•    Ensure trade spend investment is effective by ensuring the break-even analysis is positive and improving year on year
•    Conduct ROI analysis on planned initiatives and support the Country Sales Managers to improve ROI year on year

Sales Governance
•    Ensure adherence to sales process, procedures, and tools for the responsible markets
•    Identify and implement process and reporting improvements that will lead to improved efficiency, transparency, and accountability for the total SEA cluster
•    Drive the rollout of all sales efficiency related systems and tools (i.e., MyPS, DPS, DMS, and Sales Reporting)
•    Drive the development and deployment of Distributor Management System (Data Exchange and Power BI reporting) to ensure optimal monitoring and management of distributor partners on an ongoing basis

Who we are looking for:

•    Graduate in related discipline
•    Minimum 4-7 years of experience in related field is a must
•    Computer Skills: Advanced Excel, PPT, MS Office user 
•    Language: English – fluent
•    Market Knowledge: Traditional & Modern Trade, Impulse Channel, Channel & Customer planning
•    Capabilities: Strategic thinking, analytical skills, insight orientated reporting, project management
•    Behaviours: Proactive, accountable, dynamic, responsible, resilient, multi-tasking, meet deadlines, result oriented
