About the Role:

Help execute revenue management workstream to drive trade spending efficiency. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including customer trends, trade terms, PPA, etc. Closely collaborate with cross functional teams to derive business implications and drive revenue and margin improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

Trade Spending Budget Management:

  • Support annual budget planning and monthly forecast adjustment
  • Monitor and analyze customer trade margin
  • Responsible for TPM system operation, including customer/product/ price setting, budget relocation and reporting template design

Initiate system and process optimization to drive operational efficiency

Commercial data analysis:

  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out trend (customer/ category/ channel/region), relevant trade spending and execution target completion; Closely work with Customer Marketing, KAM, Sales Manager to drive business implications
  • Manage price promo lever, defining its characteristics (trend, extension, depth, SKU) and spending efficiency

Who we are looking for:

  • Working experience in trade marketing (Modern Trade) , Finance or Commercial Excellence in FMCG industry is necessary;
  • Knowledge of Sales Revenue, Trade spending, Trade Marketing, Sales field, KA, Category Management processes and practices;
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong proficiency in excel; Power BI and other reporting tool is a plus

English– fluent;
