About the Role:

For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an Overheads Controller with the focus to support the Line Manager of central Functions in the Headquarter on their planning, forecast and closure process by ensuring compliance and correctness of SG&A costs.

Main Responsibilities:

You'll collaborate closely with the Function Line Manager to prepare yearly budgets, periodic forecasts, and planning scenarios in line with Company guidelines and objectives. 
You'll utilize your analytical skills to interpret statistical and accounting information, evaluating costing analysis against budget, forecast, and previous years' data.
Additionally, identifying potential risks and opportunities, advising on cost center allocations, conducting variance analysis, and developing reports to support decision-making processes will be part of your responsibilities.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring  Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance, coupled with 1- 3 years of experience in similar roles such as controlling or audit.

Experience in an FMCG company or medium/large corporations and Stakeholders management skills are essential traits.

You will bring your strong analytical skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a problem-solving attitude.

Your ability to collaborate effectively within a team and navigate within a structured organization will be essential. Fluency in English is required for this role.
