About the Role:
For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are looking for an Area Out Of Home & Alternative Channels Development Manager, to develop our OOH & Alternative business and capabilities y. As a key player in the Global team, you will be in contact with your assigned business units on an international scale and will be a strategic partner for the local markets in a specific Area.
You will be assessing the channel potential in each Region of the Area assigned and defining the channels development plan and route to market with the Sales Managers of each assigned market. In these markets you will as well implement Channel and Category Development initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with the markets in developing specific channel capabilities and of Food Service & Retail Product Ranges. You will be gathering market needs and best practices, developing policies and procedures. Along with the wider Sales business Development team, you will be driving the future direction of your assigned markets and collect and share best practices.
Who we are looking for:
- 7+ years of experience;
- Experience in FMCG in out of home/alternative channel development;
- Experience in North America is must;
- B2B experience is a strong plus;
- Ability to interact with different cultures and different level stakeholders.
- MS Office (proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel).
- Fluent English;
- Any other language is a plus.
