About the Role:

For our Food Law team in our Luxembourg Headquarters, we are looking for a Junior Food Law and Regulatory Counsel, who will be responsible for ensuring the full compliance of labelling and presentation of Ferrero products, according to the legislations of the different countries as well as Ferrero’s policies and commitments.
In this position you will have an international exposure, focusing your activities on the Multi-Countries Region (composed by BeNeLux, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria) and on a global scale for the Travel Market function. 

Main Responsibilities:

This role requires a close cooperation with the Line Manager and other Legal Counsels, both at central and local level, to ensure full alignment and consistent approach. It entails a lot of internal and external interactions: local Management, Marketing divisions, Technical departments, local/Central Legal Functions, external Legal Counsels and local industry associations. 

Covering this position, you will be the owner of many activities!
In particular, you will perform regulatory scouting and analyse, interprete and implement applicable Food Law requirements
You will draft/approve labelling specifications in cooperation with internal Legal Counsels, local Marketing and external consultants, bringing your advice on products claims and communication campaigns
By monitoring the external regulatory environment regarding food and packaging, you will identify initiatives that could affect Ferrero business and support Institutional Affairs colleagues in advocacy activities.

You will liaise with local external counsels on specific Food Law matters and provide legal opinions and risk assessment to different stakeholders. 
Thanks to your expertise, you will provide training and guidelines on Food Law compliance, sharing it also with Commercial Quality department. 

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your university knowledge and your thorough 2-3 years’ experience in European Food Law and you will leverage on your excellent knowledge of English and French or Dutch, together with your communication skills
Your flexible mindset and proactive attitude will help you to deal with the daily challenges.
