About the Role:
Ferrero Luxembourg Headquarters is looking for an Intern in IT Planning & Governance Pool to support one of the Senior Project Managers of the PM Transversal Pool in IT projects, ensuring the achievement of defined objectives (functionalities, system reliability and quality) and business targets.
Main Responsibilities:
Your overall focus will be the implementation of an IT4IT tool aiming to support the following IT Business Processes.
IT Budget Control
You will monitor the progress (checking time and costs) of the project in scope and be accountable for project budget and timing.
Demand Collection
You will support IT Platform Leaders in the prioritization of the demand requests coming from the business.
Project Lifecycle Management
You will manage the Project KPIS (time, budget, quality) and monitor the monthly project expenditure against the Baseline, Forecast and project budget. Your additional project management activities will include resources capacity planning, updating the issue/risk log and the following the Stage Gate process.
Who we are looking for:
You will bring knowledge from a degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Informational Technology or equivalent. Your understanding of formal project management methodology and process and of market trends, particularly in the FMCG industry, will prove invaluable. You will be able to manage and follow a project lifecycle thanks to your organization skills and accountability. Your collaborative skills will allow you to work within and across teams effectively. You are inquisitive and creative, and you possess a determined, agile, pragmatic, and patient approach to problem solving.
On top of this, the key to your success will be your knowledge of Microsoft Office and your fluency in English.
