About the Role:

For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are looking for an HRIS Reward Analyst to join the HR Information System (HRIS) Team.

Main Responsibilities:

By covering this position, you will become an expert Data Analyst on Reward processes within the HRIS department.
You will understand and be able to support HRIS and Reward colleagues on all main Reward processes based on HR systems. This includes understanding all the HRIS architecture and how Reward systems integrations work. Moreover, you will become knowledgeable and able to manage SAP HRE database and SFSF Compensation modules in support of Reward processes.

Your will be involved in different projects and support in communicating progresses to all internal stakeholders on a global scale.
Your activities will be carried out in close collaboration with Central and Regional HRIS Team, Central and Regional Reward Team, HRBPs and the Finance, Legal and IT departments.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your university background in Data Science, Business Analytics, Applied Statistics, Economics, HR or any other related fields and your previous working experience in applied work on Analytics in the HR area/HR Employee lifecycle processes.

You know how to work in a corporate and multinational business environment, thanks to your good interpersonal skills, positive attitude and ability to work in an international team. Your business acumen, creativity, curiosity, reliability and ability to work independently will be a great asset for us. 

We will also value your ability to speak with and translate findings to business users with little/no technical background and your availability to support colleagues based in different time zones.

On a technical perspective, SAP HR and/or SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BW and other HR tools will be an asset, on top of your knowledge of MS Office.
