About the Role:
We are currently looking for a new Global Licensing Manager to join us!
You will have to support the implementation of the long-term strategic licensing plans and commercial strategies across all Ferrero Brands and share with key stakeholders and manage the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasting process, working with markets, area teams and liaising with finance to ensure financial objectives are achieved. whilst dentifing growth opportunities and new business initiatives with the goal to bring innovative projects and uniqueness to our brands.
You will be using key trends as well as commercial and consumer insight, to develop and drive succinct strategies cross company and departmentally whilst being agile to capitalise on the moment and identify new opportunities and target partners.
You will actively manage and cultivate the relationship engagement, partnership and joint business planning with each Licensor new and existing, evaluate existing Licenses, renew deal term negotiation including recommend guarantees, and royalty rates based on specific property and current market assumptions, category analysis and day-to-day category management.
You will also establish and cultivate potential licensors, prepare presentations, contract negotiation, and follows through to execution whilst working with Marketing, Product Development, Digital and Stedi to coordinate all aspects of licensed product development, attending assigned trade shows and visit licensors as necessary.
All of this, working closely with Global Brand teams to ensure alignment on business strategy and communication.
Who we are looking for:
• Minimum 2/3 years of experience in FMCG or Marketing environment; licensing experience would be a plus
