About the Role:

This is an opportunity to become the eCommerce point of reference developing and executing with the lead markets the global strategy for emerging eCommerce business models all over the world, being based in our Luxembourg HQ.

Main responsibilities :
You will be developing the global strategy for key International customers.
You will partner with developing/emerging markets to address opportunity, build and monitor business scorecards and performance reviews.
Moreover, you will be accelerating and evolving Marketing and Trading relationships between Ferrero eCommerce BU’s and leading Delivery Intermediary/Rapid delivery players globally.
Additionally, you will be identifying emerging opportunities across markets with Delivery Intermediary/ Rapid Delivery with focus on establishing customer development plans.
Partnering with local eCommerce teams, you will be building International Customer media activation plans and execute with International Omnichannel retailers.
You will be developing the B2B eCommerce channel (Wholesalers and Food Service) and defining strategies with Group Food Service team.
In close alignment with Channel and Customer Development team and Sales Capabilities team, you will ensure consistency with offline commercial policy.
You will be in charge of future proofing the ecommerce strategy continuously evaluating emerging trends like AI and Big Data.
The recommended approach for emerging subchannels like Social, Group Buying, will be coming from your input and understanding. 
You will be evaluating and recommending evolving commercial approach within and across areas for E-commerce. 

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related;
  • Min. 7 years of experience in eCommerce in managing eCustomer Strategy, eBusiness Models, eKAM or eAccount management;
  • Strong analytical skills to support arguments and the decision process;
  • A good business acumen and the ability to deliver hands-on and pragmatic solutions in a dynamic environment;
  • Experience with emerging business models (delivery intermediaries, rapid delivery, B2B);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills;
  • Fluency in English is a must, any other language is a plus.
