Are you looking for an opportunity to make Ferrero brands even more extraordinary? As the Category Development Executive you will support the Customer Development team in creating and delivering compelling selling propositions to drive everyday availability of our iconic brands. You will be the expert on our chosen retailer's specific shopper insight – creating, maintaining and publishing reports to provide the sales team with actionable understanding of the current market.
Main Responsibilities:
You will have full responsibility for the provision of sales led market data and transformation of that data into compelling stories to grow the category and brands within it.
As the Category Development Executive you will be fully responsible for the cataloguing of all target in store planograms applying sales data to space in store to create rationales for fair space share across a set range of products.
You will support in the creation of selling propositions across all accounts using data available to generate new listings. While also, tracking product performance across the Impulse channel to compare sell-out performance vs. action standards for category.
You will prepare presentations to selected customers to deliver category led proposals, and support on the creation of selling presentations to allow the Customer Development Manager or National Account Manager to present range and space proposals.
Who we are looking for:
You will have previous experience in a customer-facing role within category management, customer marketing or within agency in a client executive/account management position. You will possess strong analytical skills with an understanding of data sources such as Nielsen, Kantar, or Dunnhumby.
